I lost my father from head, neck and throat cancer. When I found a lump below my ear…. I was scared. It took me a couple of times talking with Dr Osborne about surgery before I committed to having it done.
I waited far too long. These types of tumors can turn malignant.
After seeing multiple other doctors I picked Dr. Osborne. I felt safe. He was confident and reassuring . After meeting him and his staff in person….. I knew I made the right choice. I trusted him and his team. They really care about their patients.
After surgery, and I couldn’t move part of my face, Dr. Osborne said “Trust me…. It will come back… “ I did trust him. His commitment and love for each and every patient comes through when you hear his voice. I’ve made a full recovery and have total mobility of my face . The stress that was released after having my tumor removed was so intense and freeing that I still get emotional about it.
I want to help others feel as safe, trusting and at ease as I did by having the best, most skilled and successful doctor possible .

- Over 20 languages are spoken making access to care difficult
