What I Am Running For
Join me in supporting the Osborne Head and Neck Foundation and their team Headstrong Heroes fighting for families in need of medical care.
Your run supports surgical, housing, and travel grant programs for low and no income patients in need, and a Medical Mission to Guatemala. Over 64% of the population in Guatemala lives below the poverty line without access to medical care. During the pandemic international borders were closed to humanitarian teams. This Medical Mission will be the first of its kind since 2020.
Together we can change lives. Learn More about your impact.
I’ve committed to raising $500 towards Medical and Impact Missions in Guatemala. With your support we can change lives.
You’re supporting communities with little to no access to medical care, and helping provide a wide array of medical services.
Your donation is…
- Providing clinical and surgical services, at no cost, to those living in extreme poverty in Guatemala
- Arranging and paying for transportation for patients living in remote villages
- Providing local language experts to eliminate language as a barrier to care
- Securing lodging for patients in the city during treatment and post op care
- Sponsoring children to be fed, sheltered, clothed, and protected at the Hogar Shalom Orphanage
- Adding up to 50 computers for children in remote villages to learn employable skills that can lift them out of poverty
- Refreshing a school and orphanage living quarters, inside and out, with new paint and onsite community works
- Increasing access to education skills training

Make A Gift!
Your gift makes a major impact by providing shelter, and securing food, clothing and access to education for homeless children in Guatemala, but that’s not all. You’re also helping provide life-saving surgical care for families in the same region. Thank you.
