Join me and change lives in Antigua
Hi friends and family! In February 2022 I’m leading a team volunteers to help build up a community in need. We are going to Guatemala City, Guatemala and partnering with a local orphanage to improve the lives of children living in poverty. While there we will physically be making improvements to a shelter, a school and updating an aging computer lab that is central to the education that helps lift children out of poverty.
In addition to our work in Guatemala, I am fundraising to feed, clothe and house homeless children for an entire year. A medical team from the Foundation will simultaneously be opening a clinic that will provide surgical care for dozens of families in need.
I’ve committed to raising $10,000 toward our Medical and Impact Missions and I need your help to succeed. Please consider making a gift below.
Why This Is Important To Me
While traveling through Peru, Thailand, and Cambodia I’ve been astonished by how little it takes to touch someone’s life and be the difference between a child trying to survive, and a child flourishing. Simple things like food, water, and clothing we take for granted every day, are uncertainties for so many.
Together we have the means to make a real and lasting impact in several kid’s lives. Over 300,000 youth are living without families in garbage dumps and streets, in a country no bigger than Ohio. This is part of the reason why Galen and I have decided to sponsor 2 orphans in addition to physically going to support humanitarian efforts for our partner orphanage, school and hospital.
I know it is not a small ask, but I hope you will consider joining Galen and me, and contribute towards sponsoring a child this year. To feed, clothe, house and educate one kid for an entire year is $800.
