The Head and Neck Foundation sponsored OHNI’s participation in the Beverly Hills Health, Fitness & Beauty Expo on April 25, 2010. OHNI Physicians and staff gathered at the Expo to provide over 278 patients from Beverly Hills and neighboring communities with Ear, Nose and Throat examinations, expertise and advice to promote a healthy lifestyle. The entire staff assembled on a beautiful spring morning to build the giant OHNI booth equipped with state of the art equipment. The OHNI physicians performed Ear, Nose, and Throat screening exams using nasal endoscopy, skin evaluations and cosmetic consultations using a high tech video morphing program which enables the participants to see their “before and after” surgery photos. Participants were able to receive medical and cosmetic evaluations on site, free of charge. The community was both impressed and thrilled to participate. Adults and children of all ages were examined by the six OHNI board certified Otolaryngologists during the event.
The Health & Beauty Expo is a yearly event hosted by the Beverly Hills Farmers Market and the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce. The Health, Fitness & Beauty Expo benefits attendees of all ages by providing a great array of valuable and interesting products, services, activities, and information related to their overall welfare. The Foundation has sponsored OHNI’s Chamber membership in order to continue to expand its goal of community outreach. In the past OHNI has participated in the Tavis Smiley Road to Health in downtown Los Angeles. The OHNI physicians examined over 250 patients at the Coliseum. The Foundation will be sponsoring OHNI at the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce Health & Beauty Expo on May 15, 2011.
